[CBQ] BRHS Spring Meet Registration - Reminder

Registration is now open for the 2025 BRHS Spring Meet.  We're getting together on Saturday, May 3 in Batavia, IL.  Details are available at www.burlingtonroute.org.

You can register either online at www.burlingtonroute.org or by mail.  Members should have received a paper form in the mail a couple of weeks ago.  If you would like to register via mail and do not have a copy of the registration form, you can download and print it from the website or reply to this email and we'll get one to you.

Since COVID, vendors are requiring that we confirm our numbers sooner than before.  Because of this, the registration window ends two weeks from today (April 18th).  To ensure a lunch (included with your registration) and/or the banquet, we MUST have your registration RECEIVED by the 18th!

For all registrations that are received, we email a confirmation.  If you have sent in your registration (either online or via USPS) and have not received the confirmation email, please contact us before April 18th.  We'll make sure we get your information recorded in time to make the deadline.   We'll take care of the financial parts when you arrive in Batavia.
