Yes, it indeed is a Q flatcar.  The unit number ends in 545.

Traces of Texas reader Michael Parthum was nice enough to forward this wonderful photo of his grandfather, Kurt Parthum, taking delivery of a Farmall Regular Tractor. This photo was taken in Rosenberg in 1926 or 1927. Kurt farmed near the Kitty Nash Ranch and in Damon. According to Michael the tractor still survives, but is not in the same condition  It does not look like a comfortable ride. Where are the seat pads? 

I love everything about this photo, from the barefoot kid to the jaunty cigarette to the tractor itself. And it's amazingly sharp considering the era in which it was taken. Absolutely stellar all the way around.
