[CBQ] BRHS 2023 Annual Meet - Omaha - Registration Reminder

For those thinking of joining us in Omaha on September 7 through 9 for the 2023 BRHS Annual Meet, we're down to the last week before numbers have to be turned in for the Bus Tour and Banquet.  Unfortunately, COVID has changed the way the entertainment world does business and we are now being required to turn in numbers by August 23^rd (two weeks in advance).  For us, this means we need to turn in our numbers next Thursday.

If you are planning to register via the US Mail with the printed form, please have that in the mail by the end of the day tomorrow (August 18th).  This should be enough time for it to reach us in Minnesota by next Wednesday.  Don't forget to include the number of guests attending the Thursday reception.  If you are going to register online through the BRHS website (burlingtonroute.org), please have your registrations in by 5:00 pm CDT on Wednesday.  The final numbers will be submitted later that evening.

We will continue to take registrations through Monday, September 4 with a final check of the PO Box at 9:00 on Tuesday.  Unfortunately, we won't be able to guarantee slots for the Banquest or Bus Tour after next Wednesday.

We're looking forward to an enjoyable weekend in Omaha and hope to see you there.
