I got my copy of BB #67 last week (in Central Wisconsin), so in a timely 
fashion.   

Those who have reported missing or extra pages made me worried, so I checked: 
all of the pages in the copy I received are in order; there are no extra pages. 
 

One thing unusual for me is that the cover (front and back) is counted as part 
of the pages.  That practice could simplify making references to places in the 
Bulletin.
