Tim - Can you please keep our Group up-to-date on the Age Of Steam Roundhouse's restoration of ex-B&LE 2-10-4 type No. 643:

Newer members of this Group and the BRHS may not realize that the B&LE 2-10-4's were constructed by Baldwin to the same basic design as the Q's Class M-4-A 2-10-4's.

 

Since all the Class M-4-A's were scrapped, ex-BL&E No. 643 is the closest we'll ever get to a Q 2-10-4. I'm attaching an image of No. 6317 taken at Ottumwa, IA, in January 1955 for comparison - Louis

Thank you all for responding, I appreciate the photos and information.
The 1950 era paint scheme is interesting on the reconditioned coaches.
Our two coaches no longer have the open vestibule, so we may need to reconsider how to  paint them.
The decal link is helpful for the style of lettering, are  the font sizes known for these cars as well?
