Odd that there appears to be a Burlington Route logo. I would have thought that
in that number series, it would be MOW orange, like this one in the 2059XX
range.

included a non black Burlington Route tender with the number 203098 on the
back. Would this be something that was in MOW service before being sent to
Sterling to get scrapped ?
