For what it is worth, Bachmann has announced their HO NE12 in an upgraded
version with separate roofwalks and end railings in full CB&Q silver with
Scotchlite panels and striping livery.  Not Spectrum quality (didn't look at
the MSRP but likely premium pricing).
The HO USRA 0-6-0 has been upgraded with sound and a new tender but still is
not full Spectrum judging by the illustration and isn't offered in CB&Q yet.
