The bluffs in the back ground look to be almost at a right angle to the tracks, whereas at Gibson the tracks are parallel to the bluffs and just to the east of them.  If this were the south end of Gibson Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium would be just to the left of the scene, up on the bluff.

Definitely not Savanna. There were no high voltage electric lines like those in the photo around Savanna yard. (Never there in Q years but I model Savanna and have LOTS of photos.)
