[CBQ] CB&Q 1962 Public Timetable Question

I picked up a Q PTT at the Fall Meet that I didn't have in my collection. Now that I've inventoried it, it raises a question. There is a Nov 1961-Jan 1962 PTT, but the next issuance I have is May-Oct 1962. Most of the PTT in this time period follow a Nov-April and May-Oct split for the most part. So was there at Feb-April 1962 issuance or was the Nov 1961-Jan 1962 issuance still in effect until the May-Oct 1962 PTT was issued?
