Here are some more clues to verify that Charlie is correct. The bridge number is painted on the end of the most southerly TPG girder, which is Bridge 4.54 which is Marshall Boulevard. This area was part of the 1898-99 track elevation project from Cicero
to Western Avenue, and all of the initial grade separation bridges used TPG spans. There were only two of these bridges east of the 'L' overhead, Marshall Boulevard and California Avenue. You can easily see the California Avenue bridge in the background.
Further in the background, you can barely see 5-track signal bridge 4.23. This signal bridge was originally at MP 4.36 just west of California Avenue, but was moved east to just west of Washtenaw Avenue in 1925. The reason you can't see a grade separation
bridge at Washtenaw Avenue is because it was part of the second track elevation project between Western Avenue and Canal Street, and was a below-track slab bridge.

While I can't swear to it in court I believe Charlie is correct for several reasons:
1)I've ridden by this location somewhere around 10-12,000 times as a RR employee(sometimes
Up to six times a day) and as a commuter.
2) the bridges
3) the massive industry building and its tall smoke stack in the right background. It was there until a few
Years ago.
4) the St Anthony hospital complex,it's still there in a reduced form.

Best I can tell it is at South Marshall Avenue and West Cullerton (20th Street). The complex in the background is St. Anthony’s Hospital. The photographer is likely on the Douglas Park elevated. I have not been able to find photos of either
the El station or any of the CB&Q Douglas Park depot buildings that existed just west of and behind the photographer’s location.

Found in a Flemington, New Jersey house, this negative was scanned at a resolution (ppi 200). Quality of negative will improve with a higher resolution. This negative is about
3 1/2" X 2 1/2". A nice addition to any collection.
