[CBQ] Streator Picture Questions

I need your help. Go to eBay item 162524216892 which is titled at Streator. 
With the power shown this has to be 85/86. Given the entire train consist and 
my knowledge that an open hopper of glass was shipped to Thacher on a regular 
basis I would agree the location is Streator. 

Is that Granny on the front porch? 
Where in Streator is the photo taken ?
Once that's identified we can determine if this is 85 or 86.
Look to the left, who's getting all that coal in 1967 ?
