[CBQ] Q Commuter service other than Chgo. ?

I'm sure we're all familiar with the Q's suburban service around Chicago. I'm 
wondering if the Q operated "commuter service" elsewhere. I ask as there's an 
item on ebay(152352955929) showing a 60 ride ticket for June 1907 between 
Liberty,MO and
KC. I seem to recall reading about numerous daily runs between Deadwood and the 
mines. 
Could  Denver,St Paul,etc might be likely locations for daily short run service 
?
