As identified in Burlington Bulletin No. 38 on snowplows, the 205000 is a wedge plow mounted on the cut down tender of a retired O-3 Mikado.

It looks like it was made from a cut down locomotive tender.

On ebay[3-9] under ebay search chicago burlington quincy is a photo of Colorado snow plow 205000--a very unique wedge plow from other photo's i have seen--heavy steel platform vs flat car platforms and riveted steel container vs a wooden crib with rip rock ballast-----anyone have additional information---thanks in advance---jim young
