[CBQ] SD9 337 on passenger train at Alliance [1 Attachment]

This duplicate side showed up on eBay. The auction mentions the location 
as Alliance, but nothing about the date and photographer. Does anyone 
know if this was from a set of commercial slides? Either way, any ideas 
to the date and which train this is?
