[CBQ] Peru Industrial Railroad

This morning Omnitrax announced it has formed the Peru Industrial RR from 3 
miles of track purchased from the city of Peru,IL . This line will connect to 
the former Q's I.V. &N. line that Omnitrax subsidiary Illinois Railway operates 
from Zearing to LaSalle.

Anyone know which former RR these new entity came from ? I.C.,R.I., or Q
