I don't know but here's some info that will help.

Danny Holbrook put the Conductors Booking Book out in 1991 under copyright by 
Range Research. It's basically a binder filled with 176 pages compiled from the 
actual Condrs books of 1960-64. I purchased mine from an offering through the 
BRHS.

I have not seen Danny in several years but last I knew he's an active 
modeler(with a monstrous layout)'member of BRHS ,presenter at the Naperville 
shows. Last I knew he was working as a YDM al Eola.
