All three volumes are now available at

However, whilst you can search the volumes, you can only download one page
at a time.

Volume 1 is available for downloading (110 MB) at
http://archive.org/details/chicagoburlingto00bald but not volumes 2 and 3

There is also Baldwin's 1913 Corporate History at
http://archive.org/details/cu31924030125623 which can be downloaded in one
piece.

need to do some research in the CBQ Corporate history by Baldwin of 1929. Is
there an online source ?

I know of complete set held by a retired Q/BN employee. What would be a fair
offer for all 3 volumes in above average condition. Last time I offered he
said under no circumstances but that was 15 years ago
