I am aware of Q policy of putting office cars on the head end of the train if 
there is an observation car on the rear. But what did they do with round end 
(boat tail) observation cars? 

For example I am wondering about the new Silver Streak Z. with the office car 
"Burlington". Would it go on the  rear or the front?
