Hi all.
My German buddy (who lives in Australia) Gerd made these gondolas. He does
custom locomotive work and is working on a SD7 for me now. The kits are etched
metal about the size of an index card. Unfortunately it is in Z scale (1/220),
and I know there would not be to many of you guys into it. Cutting, folding and
twenty something tiny handrails. The one he made is from the USRA design. I
will post some pics of his work in the photos section this weekend, as he is
also a Q fan. I know it is tiny and to some folks it is more "toy" than
"model". Good thing is I can put in a straight shot of track for a L-O-N-G
train and get a bit of the flavor of Southern Illinois.
