Joe,

I looked at a copy of a 1920 Q folio book and while there are some tank cars 
with high walkways none of them have four domes. So it must from a "lesser" 
road.  One thing I have noticed on BN M/W is if you look on the center sill 
they usually have the old road and number painted on them.
