I have my last steam locomotive whistle for sale and she was the pride of my
collection. I have a CB&Q 5-chime steptop whistle for sale, last used on a
live steam engine in the early 1990's and the prominent whistle collector that
had it before me told me it was from an O5A. As is typical of the CB&Q design
the top is cast iron while the bowl and valve are brass. I have pictures
available if you want to email me directly, two fins have slight damage on
their tips but it's old damage, probably from while it was still in service as
the edges are worn down by steam erosion. I'd go $2,000 shipped to a US
48-state destination, sorry, I do not ship internationally. Please contact me
directly at kansasrailfan@cox.net if interested, and thanks for your time.
Dan
