I've seen a few good "art galleries" on waycars. You know, the classics, Van Goah, Picasso, Whistler..... Playboy.

Pete,  If you studied the interior shots of the waycar where the men are playing cribbege, I bet you  noticed the case of emergency tools on the wall of the waycar.  Behind the glass front hiding the tools, is a couple of pin ups.  Trainmaster probably put them there.  Archie

Whenever I see one of these old time photos showing railroaders I always spend time looking at all the details of the photo especially trying to decide which guy is the conductor, brakeman engr, fireman etc. 
 
Sometimes the most interesting thing in the photos is not the main subject but the details especially as it pertains to the railroad atmosphere of the time
