   The 4960 powered Saturday and Sunday round trips, St. Louis to Centralia, 
IL., July 5th and 6th, 1962.  In 1963, the #4960 ran numerous trips around St. 
Louis or nearby.  Weekend trips to Beardstown in July would have had the engine 
on the Hannibal-to-St. Louis line.  Likewise for September trips St. Louis to 
Hannibal.  The engine was running on school specials in southern Illinois in 
late 1963 but I don't think it used K-line trackage for those excursions.  The 
roundtrips up the branch to Mexico, Mo. from St. Louis were on Saturday and 
Sunday, Oct. 14 & 15, 1961.
