[CBQ] Marker LIghts

I know it has been discussed before but I can't find it and don't remember. I 
am finishing up a Q Mountain and am ready to add marker lights so I checked my 
1929 Rule book for lights and find this.

Rule 20 - Engine running forward at night with following section - Green Lights
Rule 21 - Engine running forward as extra  -- White lights

But what do you display for an engine running forward with a single train and 
on a schedule?

Looking at my other engines doesn't help as I seem to have every combination of 
green and white. I think I am in serious need of doing some rework.
