Apologies for the late reply, but I just joined the group and found this
question while scouting out the message archives for info on Council Bluffs.
Yes, there was a roundhouse in CB on the west edge of "KC Yard" that I believe
was torn down in about 1975 to make way for the construction of the South
Expressway. At that time, a turntable was constructed between the east edge of
KC Yard and the main, southwest of Grow Tower and the BN/RI/MILW crossings.
