[CBQ] Re: MP and date of culvert at Steward Jct.

I received the following additional information from Bob Gilly on the Milwaukee 
list.  The information is in quotes below, which indicates that the culvert was 
built in 1911.

"The Ladd Line milw mileposts started at Rockton(jct with the RS&W) not 
Janesville as Jerry said. Little J mileposts started at J'ville and ended at 
Beloit Jct MP 13.89. Then you ran a few miles along RS&W mileposts over to 
Rockton byway of West Yard. The location at Steward Jct is about 46.8 on Milw 
and 77.8 on Q. The culvert in question was recently observed and corresponds 
with one in the Milw Profile: 77.83. Also the "19." is the date of construction 
of the concrete box - 1911, which is obstructed by a support. The Milw Profile 
shows Q designations for structures and Q mileposts on the Joint trackage. Bob
