There is a photo of 9400A/B in Burlington In Transition page 161, a photo of
9408A/B on page 59 of Colorado Road, and there was a
piece in RMC in June 1965. I've a photo of 9003A/B that shows the paint scheme
as similar/identical on both units. However, I
don't know the origin so I'll send it to you off line rather than posting it.
