[CBQ] CB&Q Side Door Waycars

I have found photographs for 6 of the 7 side door waycars that the CB&Q created 
by rebuilding NE-1 and NE-4 waycars in the 50's and early 60's.  The CB&Q 
Waycar book by Holbrook & Lorenz (H&L) has photos for 4 of the 7 cars that were 
rebuilt, Mike Spoor's Color Guide (SP) has photos of 2 of the rebuilt side door 
waycars and Model Transport #1, 1982 (MT) has photos of 5 of the rebuilt side 
door waycars.

NE-1 #14042 p. 75 (H&L); p. 28 (MT)
NE-1 #14151 p. 101 (SP) p. 109 pre side door conversion (SP); p. 28 (MT)

NE-4 #14587 p. 28 (MT)
NE-4 #14638  p. 75 (H&L)

But to date I can't find any photos of NE-1 #14385.

Can anyone help with a photo or a source where I can find a photo of CB&Q 
waycar #14638?
