[CBQ] 232000-232199 Tank Cars

I  am looking for a drawing of these cars for modeling purposes. I have a 
couple of articles from the old Prototype Modeler on modeling these. They 
mention the Athearn single dome tank car. I question this because the Athearn 
car is 12,500 gallons and the Q's are 16,000. The Athearn maybe a good starting 
point with some work done to the top of the dome (manway, vents), metal 
walkways and platforms and of course the ladder. Were these claed as a TM-6?
 
I searched through my Bulletins and at the Burlington HS for info, no luck.
 
Can someone help?
