they only reason those barges got wedge under the bridge is the fact the river
was above flood stage which is 15' here. normal river levels is 7' - 8'

What about the ones that got loose and then wedged up under it.
The bridge with the most traffic both rail and river to be rebuilt in the same
way all the others were rebuilt
