Somebody found that book for me in a second hand book store in downtown 
Lincoln, 
NE.  It was an employee copy that had the white cover.  Apparently the employee 
that was given the book really appreciated the gift as it looked like it had 
never been opened and still had the crisp letter from CEO Matt Rose inside.  
I'm 
happy to have it since the employee didn't!

There is a book by Lawrence Kaufman, published about 2005, 
called "Leaders Count" about the BNSF and it's predecessors. It 
includes the Drexel quote. The book is available from Amazon.com for 
$17.35.
