Ames contrating and there sub DCCI erectors don't think will close the bridge 
to put any more span in or out.Walsh Construction has the remaining contract to 
replace the other 5 span and each time they take one out they will have shut 
the railroad down.they thing here is that open girder span on either side of 
the lift will have to put in complete because they are currently using are 
temporary
