The 9000 series miner cars were scrapped or renumbered into the
204XXX series in the 1920's. in the late 1950's the 40' double door
XA-16 auto cars were renumbered into the 9000 series and used as
boxcars, but were not M/W.
As Rupert asked is there any further information?
