Every big business does what it can to Squash problems and most time even the
papers are doing it. Getting caught is the problem. Seen it done from the
inside.

Subject: [CBQ] Collision in The Courts
List- I know that this is not a CB&Q item but it is about BNSF, the courts and
also other RR Co's.
The lead story in today's Minneapolis StarTribune is headlined: COLLISION IN
THE
COURTS. The second line reads: FROM MINNESOTA TO CALIFORNIA, BNSF CORP HAS
DRAWN JUCICIAL PENALITIES FOR MISCONDUCT. It is not very favorable towards
BNSF
saying that they have destroyed valuable evidence, etc. In a separate story it
notes that UP is also guilty of same things. If you are interested, the
website
is: StarTribune.com and the story there is called DERAILED - SPECIAL REPORT.
It
notes that this is the first of three articles.
