Gerald if you have a photo editing program, you should be able to do a
"printscreen" to save the page in your computers memory, ie clipboard, and
then open it in your photo editing program. From there you can use the crop
and other features to get the image you wish. It will just be a screen
capture, ie 72dpi, and not very large, but it is a technique I use
frequently to capture "protected" images on ebay, etc. I use PhotoShop
Elements, but just about any photo editing program should have this feature.
I just captured the image from Railway Age and will send it to you.
