[CBQ] new Loco - CB&Q inspired?

Nov issue of Railway Age (p. 22) shows some innovative 'green' locomotives.  
The Progress Rail Services demo #3001 model PR30C (3005 HP based on EMD SD-40) 
is painted Chinese Red & Grey with a b/w 'Cat' logo where BR herald would be on 
cab (it's Cat-powered), nose stripes are white (but slanted downward) & PRS 
name on side in white are also obviously CB&Q-inspired.
Anyone have access to an issue that could scan & put in our files?  (I don't 
have a scanner)
