[CBQ] Q F Unit Painting

A fellow NKP modeler from the NKP e-list has asked an interesting
question.   He is modeling the borrowed Q F3 A-B-B-A set (#116) that was
tested on the NKP in June 1948 and yet led to ten more berkshires (#770-779)
being built by Lima in 1949.   He has two off-the-shelf Proto 2000 F3As in
the greyback scheme and is going to add Highliners B units to complete the
set.   What paint should he use to match the Proto 2000 Q F3As?
