Most Colleges of Business (or "Commerce") libraries at Universities do indeed
have them (I first accessed same @ U. of Library as an undergrad) - given the
prominence of the Kellogg School of Buiness @ Northwestern I bet they do have
them; large stock brokerages do too.
Note too - a very few early CB&Q A.R.'s have foldout system maps in back;
indeed when you see a nice vintage Q map on eBay or at a RR show and not one of
the TT-sized ones they gave to customers, that is the source.

I think Northwestern's Transportation Library has
one of the larger collections of all Annual Reports in Evanston.
