RE: [CBQ] vanished stations pre-1909

As I said, some Stations reappeared years later.  No idea why some did not 
appear in this April 1900 TT but could be error OR their Stations were deleted 
& then re-established.  I know that's true of at least one town on the LaCrosse 
Div where the population fluctuated significantly.
