The very obvious book, and an outstanding one it is, is Bill Glick's 3rd volume
on ALL CB&Q Heavyweights. If a modeler, you will want Vol 1 which has scale
drwgs of all and if you really want to know all the numberings, renumberings
(BN, MoW, etc) get the Vol 2. Bill is an active BRHS mbr always anxious to
help those who model or follow the hwt era. Gerald
Any recomendations on a good written source that covers Q passenger trains
pre-streamline or heavyweight trains in the streamline era? I have plenty of
info on the stainless steal beauties!
Thanks,
Brian
