[CBQ] St. Joseph Short Line Railroad

 A good friend recently acquired stock certificates from this RR and wondered 
if it may have been a CB&Q predecessor/affiliate.  I cannot find any mention in 
Overton's or Baldwin's books or the List of N.A. RR's by Gross including  both 
updates.  Any of you know anything about this RR and/or if it ever became part 
of CB&Q?  UP was/is also a major presence in St. Joe.  Tks!  Gerald
