That would make sense. According to the roster in BB #17, CB&Q business car
#98 (the second #98) built 2/01 by Pullman as private car El Fleda. Then to
Colorado & Wyoming RR and rebuilt by the C&S in 1928 before being purchased by
the Q in 1931. The Q then sold the car to the TP&W 1934. The car was then
sold in 1957 and moved to Vonachen's Old Place, where it remained until the
recent closing and subsequent moving of the cars to the Wheels O' Time Museum.
Another survivor accounted for!

I've seen the cars reported as C&EI and TP&W business cars. The cars are going
to the Wheels O` Time museum, which has a Rock Island 4-6-2.
