Hello folks,
Do we have any Q signalling experts here who would be willing to help with a
question?
On my model railroad I have an fictitious interlocker, which controls a
crossing with the GM&O, as well as a junction and two industry spur tracks. The
track layout is quite simple, but i'm trying to determine how to provide
signals (main and/or dwarf), the numbering of signals and switches, which
switches would be controlled from the tower or hand operated (or dual
controlled) etc.
I have been looking through th color series by Mike Spoor, but can't find the
detail I need. I have a May 1951 copy of the Burlington Lines Rules of the
Operating Department, but I still have some questions.
I understand signalling (its my job), but only UK practice. I would appreciate
guidance if anyone can spare the time.
Please contact me off-list, markbristow251@btinternet.com
Best regards,
Mark Bristow,
Newbury
England
