I am now working on a set of scale drawings for the one in Burlington, IA .
The information I found so far is that it is the same size as The Western 
Yard's but the length is shorter with three pockets instead of six pockets.

Any structure that lends itself to laser cut wood construction is doable with 
the profusion of companies that own such machines.
The main effort would be a good set of drawings for the structure(s) and a set 
of photos.

I have not seen too much beyond the Eola Coaling Tower drawings in MainLine 
Modeler. If someone has good information on either the Western Avenue or 
Burlington facilities
I am sure that a model could be promoted without too much effort.
