Tks for sharing Bob. There may indeed have been special inst's for iperating
crews as a) it was a unique train & b) it was shared by 3 RR's including
equipment.
I have a 4" thick CB&Q Stores book listing all the spare parts carried for the
Twins & CZ in 1949. Will have to see what if any data there is on the water
tank in the baggage car. gerald
