The answer is Yes, I include Questions that haven't been answered. However,
I've been trying to decide the best way of identifying
these without taking up space. I may introduce a "@" or a "+" or "^"
alongside the reference to indicate this less than
satisfactory position!.
I've also been wondering about re-asking these orphan questions on line, and
seeing if we can't produce some delayed answers.
Work in progress!
