Several questions:
 
Does the /66 mean that the car was built in 1866?  /00 built in 1900?
 
It looks like Pullman had one car named Omaha built in 1900 and another in 
1902.  What happened to the 1900 car (I doubt Pullman would have had two cars 
of the same name simultaneously).

name "OMAHA"

OMAHA 12SecDr Pullman 5/1/02 " 1581B
OMAHA 10SecO Wagner /66 " 3003
OMAHA #63 12SecDr CRI&P Assn 3/6/82 " 527
