Ted,

Think about the type of person who might consider a bunch of wooden pilings to 
be a bridge. Do you believe,for even a second, that he could actually read, and 
comprehend, a "No Trespassing" sign? "No Trespassing" laws are worthless if 
they aren't enforced.
