Appears to be REA (Railway Express) - these would show up @ Holiday times and 
busy w/e's on the Twin Zephyrs, EPB & NCL although this is obviously a 
different train.   At one time REA was bigger than UPS!  Just goes to show no 
matter how big an outfit is, there is competition lurking around the corner.
