[CBQ] 10 years!

In surfing through various messages tonight, I realized that "our" list 
has been around for ten years this month.  For a list dedicated to a 
railroad that has been gone since 1970, I submit to you that this is 
not a bad thing.

Congrats and a humble tip of my cover to my good friend Dave Lotz and 
all those who make this family possible ....
